The 7 worst foods to eat while trying to lose weight

Sometimes, if you want to know, what you should eat helps to know what you do not eat. You can then narrow things by process of elimination. This article shows the absolute worst foods to eat when you are trying to lose weight.

Here in no particular order:

1. Donuts

Doughnuts contain a lethal combination of saturated fats and refined sugars. These are the two worst things to eat when trying to lose weight. Even worse is the foodtogether!

2. Bacon

Bacon also nitrates cause cancer. Turkey or chicken fat is not a better choice, because all the meat is processed. My advice would be toto avoid these foods like the plague.

3. Fast Food Hamburger

These puppies are often higher in calories found in food. More than half the daily amount of calories can be eaten with just a fast-food hamburger.

To make matters worse, it is still the french fries and soft drinks that go with it. Throw in a dessert like apple pie and you're done.

Chipsfull of trans fat, sodium and preservatives. I am the farthest thing from real potatoes and they are totally bad for you.

Too much sodium is really bad if you have high blood pressure. A better alternative would be a baked potato. You can eat it with butter sauce or light spray.

5. Lunch Meat

Lunch meats are treated like human beings and therefore no longer healthy for you. They also contain nitrates and other preservatives. This is what often makes bad fooddependence.

The best thing would be to lean meats like fish, chicken and turkey sticks. Protein would be a better source of lean protein.

6. Hot Dogs

Hot dogs are one of the worst foods you can eat for health or weight loss. Whether it's pork that really do not know which part of an animal you eat.

Take various parts of the animal and drag everything and make hot dogs out of it. They are also high in sodium and megaother harmful preservatives.

7. French Fries

French fries are another culprit, which contain extremely high amounts of sodium. It could also open the shaker and pour in the neck.

They also contain lots of saturated fats and trans. These are not just bad for weight loss but for overall health. To make matters worse, the roasting process destroys most of the good nutrients, the potato was in the beginning.
